Our Most Special Tour Will Take you to Unheard Places and Change Your Life Forever

Our professional letter writers for hire from https://300writers.com/hire-letter-writer.html web help organize the best trip because they know all the important monuments and places worth visiting, as well as all the customs, mentality, or any other laws in the country that tourists should know.

Itinerary

Day 1
  • Arrive at Paro airport, drive to Thimphu
  • Rest, explore the town

    Day 2
  • Holy places we may visit in Thimphu are numerous. The large Buddha statue, the central stupa, Thimphu Dzong, the astrology institute, and the old Thimphu Temple are a few of many places we may visit in the city proper. At the astrology temple you may learn about your past karma and purify negative actions. For an additional charge you may also have a divination which will tell you about past lives, what days are good or bad for you, your future, and more!

    Day 3
  • Drive to Punakha (east Bhutan)
  • Stop at Dochula Pass for sightseeing, visit the 108 Chortens (Stupas) & Monastery
  • Continue to drive & Lunch at Chimilhakhang Café
  • Visit Chimilhakhang  (Temple of Fertility), famous for its character Drukpa Kinley. Also known as the divine madman, his unconventional mannerisms founded this temple on the corpse of a demon. Many famous couples who could not bear children were able to do so after experiencing the energy of this temple. Truly a magical place.
  • Reach Punakha & visit the Dzong (Fortress)
  • Spend night in hotel at Punakha

    Day 4
  • After breakfast drive to Trongsa (Cross Pelela Pass)
  • On the way visit Trongsa Dzong & Ta Dzong (Watch Tower)
  • Lunch at Trongsa

    Day 5
  • Continue to drive to Bumthang (Cross Yotongla Pass)
  • Spend night at hotel in Bumthang

    Day 6, 7
  • After breakfast start visiting & sightseeing of choice (Numerous holy places & Monasteries) Khurje lhakhang, Jampay lhakhang, Tamshing, Tang Mebartsho (burning lake), Kunchosum Lhakhang, and Four main Rocks of Bumthang etc.   The group will be fully engaged with visits to the various religious sites and temples. An extra special treat may be a visit to the oldest undisturbed Tibetan Buddhist temple in the world. For 1,400 years this temple has stayed active and intact through the power of its builders and residents. Many natives of Bhutan cross the country simply to walk around the wall, but if we are fortunate we may even get to go inside! This is generally not available to other tour groups or if so then only for a minute or two. In any case you will certainly experience the finer, harder to come by, and more profound wonders Bumthang has to offer.
  • Spend night at same hotel during the entire stay.

    Day 8
  • Drive to Gante
  • Visit various holy places in Gante, where the Dzong is embedded in a cloud of Ravens which seem to be ever-present at the site…
  • Spend night at hotel in Gante

    Day 9
  • Return Drive to Thimphu
  • Opportunity to see any holy sites we didn’t have time for. We may also consider visiting the natural medicine institute to see traditional Bhutanese healing. The art is based on a combination of plants, energy, and your previous Karma. Very interesting indeed
  • We may also shop at the Thimphu Market. Our guides will bring us to places where we can buy authentic ceremonial Buddhist relics and supplies. If on a weekend the general market is a must see! All of the country’s finest fresh foods will end up here and is truly a spectacle to experience.

    Day 10
  • This will be our final day in Thimphu. Our last visit may be to the small Guru Rinpoche retreat center. This is a temple built on a cave where an ancient statue of Guru Rinpoche was found. This is also where our resident Rinpoche went for his retreat. On the way we can visit a traditional elementary school, where the children can surprise you with their clear English. We will also make arrangements to have a traditional dinner in an 800 year old farm house. That evening we will return to Paro

    Day 11
  • Visit a very holy temple outside of Paro. Similar to the Tiger’s nest, it is nestled in an abrupt cliff but on the opposite side of Paro valley. If you stick around for the festival, this temple originated some of the dances you will see there.
  • If possible, we may view Tankgha painting, other crafts, or simply kick back with a hot stone bath and explore the town!
  • Spend night at hotel in Paro

    Day 12
  • Day trek to Tiger’s Nest
  • Dinner out on the town
  • Spend night at same hotel

    Day 13
  • Visit Paro Dzong
  • Visit national museum (near Paro Dzong)
  • Visit former fortress of the third Bhutanese King

    Day 14
Depart or extend your tour by visiting the Buddhist festivals. If any festivals are occurring while you are in the area, we will do our best to work that into your tour. If you can though, extend your stay through the festival to see the closing ceremony. It is one of the most special days in Bhutan, and even the king and queen will be there in person to participate in the ceremonies!
